The list of videos on the left is an alternative method of showcasing homes for sale. The owner had a significant emotional attachment to the home so we created a DVD tour, both as a sales tool and a keepsake for the owner.

The keepsake along with a unique marketing tool  helped the agent win the listing. The DVD can be mailed to serious, out-of town inquiries; a better video experience that seeing it on the web.  The video is displayed on several websites and am alternate version is linked from the MLS listing service.
