Live Event Recording     

We provide the equipment and technical support, and you provide the on-stage talent. Then we edit the video and load it to You Tube, DVD Blu-Ray, your web site or intranet.

This solution is most frequently used for post-event, on-demand viewing for the benefit of those who could not attend. Symposiums, lectures, educational sessions, AGMs and communications meetings are common in this format.

This solution can reduce the cost per seat and increase the total viewing audience, via virtual asynchronous attendance.

At some events the camera output is also displayed on a second screen so you get the up-close-and-personal feeling, all the way to the back row.

Like live television, the four camera solution (top-left) allows us to follow the action without panning the camera.

With additional equipment, your event can be broadcast live on the internet. Advanced planning is required to ensure that the facility has ample broadband service. This requires a third party streaming service such as U-Stream.

If we shoot B-Roll during the event (left), we can use this in post-production to create an introduction to a series, using techniques that are not available during a live production.
